First looks: The Google Nexus 6P by Huawei

It’s finally here! The spiritual successor to the Google Nexus 6 is here, and it’s named the Nexus 6P. As you would have known by now, this phablet is being manufactured by Huawei, and it sports some rather powerful specs. The Nexus 6P has a 5.7-inch QHD AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 SoC with 3GB RAM. At the rear, you’ll find a 12.3MP rear camera with 1.55µm pixel size. At the front, there’s an 8MP front-facing camera. Inside, there’s a non-removable 3,450mAh battery. The Huawei Nexus 6P is available in Graphite (pictured) and Aluminum color options. For the 64GB Nexus 6P, it is priced at S$949 (about RM2,907), while the 128GB version costs S$1,049 (about RM3,213) in Singapore. Local pricing and availability is yet to be confirmed.
